How do I receive or deposit money into Parallax?

There are 3 ways to receive or deposit money into Parallax:

1. ACH transfers (International & Domestic)*

2. Wire transfers (Domestic)

3. Connect directly to existing platforms

Once you open an account with Parallax, you will be provided with a USD account that has an Account Number, Routing Number, and Bank address information. Please make sure that the recipient name matches your Parallax account name; otherwise, they may get rejected.

Send these details to your employer or anyone who wants to send you money.

*As of 07-11-2024: international ACH is now accepted!

How to view your bank account details or account number

Your USD deposit details are readily displayed on your homepage.

 

Alternatively, you can view your account details through the steps below:

1. Go to your Home page

2. Click on the green "Receive" button next to your USD Balance OR the "Receive Money" button on top of the home page.

3. Choose "ACH, Wire Transfer, or Direct Deposit" 

4. See your deposit account details

 

Connecting your Parallax account to other platforms

• You can connect your Parallax account from Wise, Stripe, Deel, Upwork, or Fiverr.

• Gather your Parallax USD account information (Account Number, Routing Number) and choose [Bank Transfer] in these platforms

Once you connect your Parallax account as a bank transfer, you can set up an automatic payout system that sends money directly into your wallet.

SWIFT

• We don't readily offer SWIFT codes on Parallax at the moment, so international wire transfers aren't accepted at this time.

Card payments

• Eventually, we’ll support credit or debit card deposits and receiving money through payment links. 
  • As of 05-01-2025: Closed beta testing is ongoing.
