How do I know my account is safe?

Multi-Factor Authentication

We enable MFA for every user that signs up. We log you out every 12 hours and you have to sign back in with an OTP or through your Google log-in to ensure it's you and only you who has access to your account.

PIN and Security File

Your funds ar held in wallets that you will have full ownership and control over, meaning we or our partners will not be able to access or run away with your funds, for additional assurance that you are the sole controller of your funds. You access your funds by way of your PIN and your Security File, which only you have access over.
