As a standard procedure, if funds were deducted during your withdrawal attempt, the Parallax team would first conduct an investigation to verify why your transaction failed before issuing a refund. This way, we can ensure that it will safely arrive at your available balance.
If your transaction failed or got cancelled, it could be due to a few common reasons:
- Invalid Account Number: Make sure to check if you entered the correct account number. (error code = invalid_account_number)
- Bank Failure: The receiving bank is unable to credit the funds to your account as your receiving limit has been reached or due to a temporary network issue. Please use another account or try again. (error code = bank_failure)
- Name Mismatch: Ensure the name matches exactly with the recipient’s account.
- Temporary banking partner issue: Don't worry! We'll keep trying to process your transaction until the funds settle.
- Temporary network issue: The network experienced an issue resolving your transaction. Try again. (error code = blockhash_expired)
- Insufficient Rent: Your wallet needs additional configuration. Submit a request here and we’ll help you. (error code = insufficient_rent)
- Solana Wallet is Invalid: Your Solana wallet is new and cannot yet accept USDC. Follow instructions here to resolve. (error code = sol_wallet_rejection)
- Receiving bank do not accept international payments: Make sure to double check if the account you linked accepts international payments. Confide in their support agents to verify this. (i.e., Maya Savings)
- Other: An issue from none of the above was experienced and needs to be identified.
If all these reasons aren't applicable to your case and you have double-checked all information with your account, please submit a request.
