How do I deposit USD from bill.com?

Connect your Parallax bank account

1. Go to Settings

2. Select Bank Accounts under Your Company if your Settings page looks like this: 
Select Bank Accounts under Bank & Payment Accounts if your Settings page looks like this: 

3. Select Add bank under the United States Dollar bank account section

4. Enter the banking information, all fields are required

• To find your bank details, log in to your Parallax account and on the Home page, under "Your Balances", click on the Deposit button of your Parallax USD Account

• Choose ACH Transfer and collect your bank details. Input the necessary information (Account number, Routing number, Account type) into your BILL.com account

5. Select Save

Withdraw to your Parallax bank account

1. Select Withdraw on the Overview page.

2. Select US Dollar balance.

3. Select Continue

4. Enter the Withdrawal amount and select the your Parallax bank account.

1. • If you select to withdraw from your USD balance, you'll see the current Conversion rate and the total to withdraw in CAD by default.
   • Select Change currency to change your withdrawal to USD, if you have a verified USD bank added. Note that a transaction fee will apply. 

5. Select Withdrawal. The funds will be deposited into your Parallax account based on the estimated arrival date provided by bill.com.
