I lost my Security File. What can I do?

Don’t worry, not all is lost IF you still have access and remember your PIN.

If you lost both your PIN AND your Security File, you cannot access the funds in your Parallax wallet. You acknowledged this warning during our onboarding steps several times, and is a part of our terms of use and policies. Parallax is not liable for any loss of funds.

Please make sure you do NOT lose or forget your PIN now that your Security File is lost. Instead, follow the precautionary steps below.

What you should do if you have lost your Security File:

1. Immediately STOP any deposits entering your Parallax account. We are not liable for any funds that are lost in the process.
2. Withdraw all your funds from your current wallet.
3. Contact us at this form https://parallaxlabshelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new using the accounts form and we can figure out next steps. Note that we will go through secure steps to validate you are who say you are. This occasion is very rare, and the process may take a bit to ensure we go through steps securely.
