There are a couple reasons:
- The transaction got dropped because of network congestion. Retry the withdrawal.
- You did not input your PIN correctly. Retry with the correct PIN.
- You sent to a very new Solana wallet that does not yet accept USDC.
- The fix for this is to make sure your receiving wallet is setup to receive USDC by opening what's called the USDC token account in that wallet.
- What you can do:
- Send any amount of USDC, let's say 0.1 USDC to that wallet from a Phantom wallet
- You can also change the wallet you are receiving into into one that has already received USDC successfully in the past.
